Polymeric Coatings |
| Course Code: COAT |
| This course covers contemporary coatings science topics. You will learn about technology that helps you understand and solve coatings needs while also meeting existing environmental regulations. You will also find out how to select appropriate coatings components for your use, overcome the limitations of contemporary coatings technology, and understand the role of resins and polymers, pigments, solvents, and additives in a coatings formulation. Interactions between coatings components and the function that each plays in the manufacture and performance of polymeric coatings will also be covered. |
